Microsoft Office Picture Manager is a graphics editor software which included with MS Office 2003 and up to MS Office 2010
So make sure that you have already installed one of the MS Office versions between 2003 and 2010 version.
Here the steps to reduce image size using MS Office picture manager:
1. Right-click on the image that you want to reduce the size then click Open with and then select Microsoft Office Picture Manager
2. Now Microsoft Office Picture Manager will be open. Click on Edit Pictures then Edit pictures dialog box will appear on the right side. Then click on Resize (Second from the bottom), then Resize dialog box will appear.
3. Now you can resize your image size by thee ways Predefined width x height then select one width x height, you want.
Then click on OK.
4. You can also resize by custom width x height. Click on Custom width x height and just give your Custom Width and Height and then click on OK.
Or Click on Percentage of Original Width x Height and then give a percentage lass than 100, then click on OK.
