You can easily crop an image/photo using any photo editing software like photoshop.
But what if you don't install any kind of photo editing software on your device (PC/Laptop).
Well, if you're an MS Office user then their a tool/software pre-installed in your device called Microsoft Photos. I'm pretty sure that you should know about this tool.
Microsoft Photos is an image organizer, graphics editor, and video editor software/tool which is included with the MS Office package.
So, Today in this tutorial I'm going to share a step-by-step guide on how to crop an image in Microsoft Photos with screenshot instruction.

How to Crop an Image in Microsoft Photos
1. Go to the folder where you have stored the photo/image file. Then right-click on that image and click on Open With then select Photos
2. Then the image will be open with Microsoft Office Photos. Now click on Edit & Create > Edit [For shortcut press Ctrl + E]
3. Crop the image custom using the four editing points. Click on the Aspect ratio and select a ratio to crop the image. If the image is not straight then use the Straightening option to make the image straight
That's done.
The image will successfully be cropped and saved in the file location you have chosen.
